No Compensation Policy
If the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Website did not meet your expectations, no compensation will be given other than the Return and refund or Exchange of the product. Toughees Telecom holds the rights to cancel orders and block accounts of such customers without any prior notice.
The customer may be considered loss to business if any of the following scenarios are met:
Customer with a very high return rate
Invalid/Incomplete address cases
Repeated request for monetary compensation for petty issues
Account for the customers falling in fraudulent or loss to business category may be blocked. Any gift credits earned through loyalty or referral program will be forfeited in such case.
Prohibited Activities
All activities of users while using Tougheestelecom.com or any service provided by Toughees Telecom shall be in accordance with legal regulations. Content provided by users on Tougheestelecom.in shall not infringe legal regulations or these Terms & Conditions. Arbitration
If any dispute arises between you and the Company during your use of the Website or Toughees Telecom Services or any service incidental to the Website or thereafter, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of the User Agreement or the rules, policies and documents incorporated therein by reference, the dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by the Company whose decision shall be final. The place of arbitration shall be Delhi. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, shall govern the arbitration proceedings. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
Governing Law
This User Agreement and all rules, policies and documents incorporated by reference shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the Courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
Warranty
Warranty of items sold are totally on discretion of OEM warranty terms & conditions, Toughees Telecom is not responsible neither on the issues or dissatisfaction of services by the OEM service censter, after sale service requirements are totally between the consumer and OEM.
