Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10 July 2026. These terms govern repairs, refurbished device sales, used device purchases and data transfer services carried out at Toughees Telecom, Shop #7, Basement, Mexican Kitchen / California Burrito Building, Main Road, Block B-7, Arjun Nagar, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi, Delhi 110029.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking a repair, requesting a pickup, buying a refurbished device, selling us a used device, or otherwise using our services, you agree to the terms set out on this page, in addition to the written quote or invoice provided for your specific transaction. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with our services.

Repair Estimates & Pricing

We provide a written, no-obligation estimate before starting any repair. The final price may vary from the initial estimate if, during diagnosis, we discover additional faults not visible at first inspection — in that case, we will contact you for approval before carrying out any extra work. GST is included in all quoted prices unless stated otherwise, and every completed repair is billed with a GST invoice reflecting GSTIN 07ANAPS3719F1Z2.

90-Day Warranty

Repairs carried out at Toughees Telecom are covered by a 90-day warranty on the part replaced and the workmanship, starting from the date of collection. This warranty covers the specific fault repaired and does not cover:

  • New physical damage, liquid damage, or accidental damage occurring after the repair.
  • Faults unrelated to the original repair (a different component failing later).
  • Damage caused by unauthorised opening or tampering by anyone other than Toughees Telecom after the repair.
  • Normal wear and tear over time, such as gradual battery capacity decline.

To claim warranty service, bring the device and your original invoice to our Safdarjung Enclave shop within the warranty period.

Customer Responsibility — Back Up Your Data

While our technicians take care to avoid data loss, repairs — especially those involving motherboard, software, or liquid-damage work — carry an inherent risk of data loss. We strongly recommend backing up your device's data before handing it over for repair. Toughees Telecom is not responsible for loss of personal data, photos, contacts, or files during the course of a repair. Devices Not Collected

If a repaired or diagnosed device is not collected within 60 days of our first attempt to contact you, we reserve the right to charge reasonable storage fees, and after 90 days of no response, to dispose of or resell the device to recover outstanding costs, in accordance with applicable law.

Buying a Refurbished Device From Us

Refurbished devices sold by Toughees Telecom are inspected and functionally tested prior to sale and are covered by a 90-day warranty as described above. Cosmetic condition and battery health are disclosed honestly at the time of sale. We recommend inspecting any device in person at our shop before completing a purchase. Selling a Used Device to Us

By selling a device to Toughees Telecom, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the device, that it is not stolen, lost, or reported blacklisted, and that it is free of any outstanding loan, EMI, or financial encumbrance. You are responsible for removing any account locks (such as iCloud Activation Lock or Google Factory Reset Protection) and personal data before or at the time of sale. Data Transfer Service

Our data transfer service uses official tools provided by Apple and Google, along with manual methods where needed. Certain platform-specific content (such as certain paid apps or iMessage history) cannot be transferred between Apple and Android due to how each platform works, and we will inform you in advance of anything that cannot be moved. We are not responsible for data that is lost due to pre-existing device faults, corrupted backups, or third-party account restrictions outside our control.

Payment Terms

Payment for repairs is due upon collection of the device, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment for a device purchase (refurbished device) is due at the time of sale. Payment to you for a used device sale is made on the spot once you accept our quote.

Free Doorstep Pickup & Drop

Free pickup and drop is offered within our standard South Delhi service area, subject to availability and scheduling. We take reasonable care of your device while in transit, but recommend removing any external cases or accessories not relevant to the repair before handover.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Toughees Telecom's liability for any claim relating to a repair, sale, or service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific repair or transaction. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, loss of business, or loss of use of a device during the repair period.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
