Warranty & Parts

Yes, every repair we perform — whether it's a phone screen, a laptop motherboard, or a console part — is backed by a 90-day service warranty covering both the part and our workmanship.
If the exact issue we repaired recurs within the 90-day warranty period, bring the device back and we'll fix it again at no additional charge, provided the fault isn't due to new physical or liquid damage.
As an independent repair shop, we use high-quality compatible parts — available in premium and standard grades — rather than brand-original parts. We'll explain the options and pricing difference for your specific model before you decide.
If your device is still under an active manufacturer warranty, having it repaired by a third-party shop like ours may affect that original warranty. We'll always flag this to you before starting any repair so you can make an informed decision.

Turnaround Time

Most mobile screen, battery, and charging port repairs are completed within 45–90 minutes while you wait at our shop.
Simple part replacements (screen, keyboard, battery) are usually completed the same day. Motherboard-level or logic board repairs can take 1–3 days depending on the complexity and part availability.
PS4/PS5 and controller repairs typically take same-day to 2 days. DSLR camera repairs, which often require precision parts, usually take 1–3 days.
